Terms & Conditions:

• Eligibility: Open to Australian residents 18+. Employees of Tackle World Wagga and their immediate families are ineligible.
• Entry: Enter by scanning the QR code in-store and completing the entry form. One entry per person per calendar month. Entries must be submitted during the promotional period.
• Promotion period: 1 June 2026 – 31 December 2026
• Prize: One (1) $250 Tackle World Wagga merchandise pack drawn each calendar month (up to 7 draws total). Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Draw: Monthly random draw conducted at Tackle World Wagga premises. Winners notified by phone/email within 5 business days of each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 14 days.
• Privacy: Entry constitutes consent to receive marketing communications from Tackle World Wagga. Personal information handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
  General: The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent entries. This promotion is conducted under NSW lottery permit laws (a permit may be required depending on total prize value).
